About Josh
Josh graduated from University of Chicago in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, with multi-year explorations of Economics, Neuroscience, and Psychology. He loved his liberal arts education so much that he continued to audit classes for 2 years after graduating.
Josh enjoys helping motivated students learn, and began privately tutoring in his 3rd year of college. (His first student, Jae, is actually one of our tutors!)
Josh started tutoring math, science, and SAT/ACT and quickly moved to the GMAT when students kept asking him for it.
He receives consistently high marks from his students, who frequently cite his patience, efficiency, and earnest hope for their success as reasons why they enjoyed working with him.
When he’s not helping prepare the future business leaders of the world, Josh enjoys travel, the news, big ideas, and negotiating with his dog.
