Developing and implementing sound custom-made curriculum requires involvement and empathy. Skills interacting with people, sometimes in tough situations, are critical to driving distinctive student impact. We look for people with an entrepreneurial spirit: innovative by nature, always creating new approaches to making imbibing complex concepts in logic and analysis easier. Helping students solve tough problems beyond test prep requires strong intellectual abilities and rigor as well as a practical sense of what works and what does not work in admission process.

We want you to succeed


We seek candidates who have scored 50 or 51 in a quantitative or 99th percentile in the verbal section to teach our students. If a tutor is teaching a specific section, 99th percentile in that section is what we are expecting a qualified tutor with orthogonal skills to possess to apply for a position in Dream Score. We look for those who are passionate about teaching and capable of setting a positive example for our students.
